Terms of service

§ 1 Scope

These terms apply to all contracts between ReviewRadar, represented by Eddy Nembélessini-Silué (the "Provider"), and its customers regarding the use of the ReviewRadar SaaS platform.

§ 2 Subject matter

The Provider makes available a web-based platform to aggregate and analyse publicly available customer reviews of the customer's competitors. The feature scope depends on the chosen subscription (Pro / Business / Scale).

§ 3 Conclusion of contract

By registering and choosing a paid plan, the customer submits a binding offer. The contract is concluded upon confirmation of the Stripe payment.

§ 4 Prices and payment

  • Pro: €49 / month — 20 scrapes per month
  • Business: €79 / month — 40 scrapes per month
  • Scale: €149 / month — 100 scrapes per month

All prices are plus statutory VAT. Billing is monthly in advance via Stripe. A technical safety limit of 3 scrapes per hour per user applies in addition, regardless of the plan.

§ 5 Term and cancellation

The contract is concluded for an indefinite term and may be cancelled at any time at the end of the current billing period via the Stripe customer portal. Amounts already paid are not refunded pro rata.

§ 6 Customer obligations

  • Keep credentials safe.
  • Use the service only for the customer's own business purposes and within usage limits.
  • Make no abusive requests (e.g. automation against the API).

§ 7 Availability

The Provider aims for 99% availability on annual average. Maintenance is performed outside business hours where reasonable.

§ 8 Liability

The Provider is liable without limit for intent and gross negligence as well as under the German Product Liability Act. For simple negligence, the Provider is liable only for breach of material contractual duties and limited in amount to the foreseeable, contract-typical damage.

§ 9 Data protection

Our privacy policy applies.

§ 10 Final provisions

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Place of jurisdiction is, where permitted, Berlin. Should individual provisions be invalid, the remainder of the contract remains effective.
